P90X isn’t like any other workout program in that it’s the most extreme home fitness program ever and also that it combines elements of nutrition into its ninety-day plan. There are many things that you can do in order to make your P90X experience more productive and yield better results. One of the more surprising ones, however, would be to strengthen your hands.
