The P90X Seven Day Schedule
What we at Finish Well Fitness never want is for any of you to fail at your workout goals. With that in mind, we think it’s important to get into the right mindset for the type of schedule that you’ll need to keep in order to complete the P90X workout. Tips for Women Using P90X
Gaining muscle can be a different – sometimes more difficult – task for women than for men.
