The Five Slim in 6 Workouts
Debbie Siebers’ Slim in 6 workout promises great results for slimming down and toning up in six weeks, and it uses a variety of exercises and techniques to achieve that body that you want without bulking up. One of the ways in which the Slim in 6 plan does this is by giving you five different workouts that all accomplish something slightly different while leading you to your body goal.
Start It Up! This is just a basic introduction workout. You’ll do it until you’re comfortable with the moves and technique and have built up your cardio endurance somewhat. It’s only twenty-five minutes long, but it takes you through all the key elements and gets you ready for the harder workout. You’ll be burning calories and getting stronger as you do it!
Ramp It Up! Once you’ve gotten past the “Start It Up” phase, you’ll increase your workout time to forty-eight minutes and you’ll also increase the intensity with which you work out. This phase of the workout schedule increases the number of calories that you’re burning each day to jumpstart your weight loss.
Burn It Up! By now you’ve gotten strong, and your total time to work out is up to sixty-minutes. You’ll also add more and different exercises that push your limits and start to develop the real backbone to the muscle tone you’re looking to develop.
Slim & 6-Pack! It’s only an eleven minute workout, but it’s eleven minutes in which you’re focusing on your abdominals to get that great midsection that always impresses (as well as gives you great posture). We’ve actually been told that Slim & 6-Pack is as great an ab workout as the Ab Ripper X workout in P90X.
Slim & Limber! Fourteen minutes of focus on flexibility that you can do on your days off from the main workouts. It’s relaxing, but it also improves your flexibility which ultimately reduces your risk for injury and also makes you more capable of getting the best results out of your other workouts.
Once you’re done with the Slim in 6 workout and have mastered those workouts and gotten into shape, you can move right along to the follow-up Slim Series, which has six all new workouts to push your limits and sculpt your body. So, really, you can get eleven Slim style workouts that will get you looking (and feeling) like you always wanted to look (and feel)! Get started because six weeks can fly by in a snap!
