What started as Chalene Johnson leaving the Midwest to become one of the most innovative and popular personal trainers and fitness class instructors in Los Angeles has grown into the Turbo Jam phenomenon. The original Turbo Jam took Chalene’s L.A. class, which combined dance, martial arts and pilates into a routine that blended cardio and muscle toning, and brought it home to you on some great dvds. Once the world realized how amazing Turbo Jam is, Chalene began to develop more workouts and release more Turbo Jam products. But with all the Turbo Jam workouts and products out there, which ones are really the best? Turbo Jam Get on the Ball Review
We’ve talked on the Finish Well Fitness blog about why a balance ball is such a great workout tool before. It helps keep good body position while also making all types of workout tricks and positions possible that wouldn’t be possible without it. Chalene Johnson, creator of the Turbo Jam workouts, loves pilates moves, which is where many balance ball workouts come from.
