10 Minute Trainer: Can 10 Minutes Make a Difference?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock where there is no fitness for the last several years, you’ve certainly heard of Tony Horton. He’s the guy who created the P90X workout as well as tons of other popular workouts. One of our favorite Tony Horton workouts is 10 Minute Trainer. That’s right. It’s a workout that you do in ten minutes. We recommend it for people who are crazy busy, who know that they don’t have the patience for a longer workout or who travel a lot. But the one question that we get asked a lot is, “Can a ten minute workout really make a difference?”

Super Stacking uses resistance bands and, instead of breaking the workout down into cardio followed by muscle training, it instead combines cardio and muscle developing moves into the same exercise.
